The Cruisers

I have enjoyed several hobbies, horses, golfing and motorcycling...until one day while cruising on my Harley Davidson i came upon a gentleman also cruising in his 1964 Cadillac convertible, needless to say I was mesmerized by the elegants and uniqueness of this huge classic. So my first classic was a 61 Cadillac Coupe project that I had restored and sold for a very nice profit, so that is what I do, buy, restore, enjoy and flip. I love any and all American classic...

Born to the father of (Eugene Green) that was a self trained Master Painter and Auto Body Restorer, an a Loving Mother (Tissie M Green), In the 1950s, this kid was a car man from the start, he had homemade push cars, go carts and the real thing. My first car was a 56 Chevy that I could only look at and startup in the yard. During high school I drove a 1959 Chevy Impala 2 door, white, with 8 1/2" old style mags. I was the coolest kid at ("WF") during the first part of the 70s "So I Thought". I own a 1973 Chevy Nova, check out my pics below.

Kenneth Brewster--Member 25 yrs, joined in 1994 In 1957, my sister Minnie had a black '57 Chevy. When I rode in this car for the first time, I knew I had to have one. Eleven years later, for my 16th birthday, I got a 1957 gift from my brother Johnny. I then brought a set of 81/2 old American Mags, guess what...I still have them 50 years later. The '57 Chevy I have now is the third one and I've owned it for 25 years. I joined the Old National Cruisers in 1994 and have held several positions: President, vice President, assistant Treasurer, and the club truck mechanic. Being a club member has been rewarding. Fellow shipping with the members has been a ministry to me.

Ron Harris-1950 Ford Crestliner What attracted me to this car was that it was a limited edition car made only in 1951. It was a stop gap because Ford didn't have a pillar less hardtop, so this made it very rare. It has always been my favorite car because my father had one when I was a child. I always wanted one for myself, so when I found this car I knew I had to own it since the car was two tone paint, with a flathead V8 and three speed overdrive transmission. I have been an Old National Cruiser for several years now and hope to be a member for life...

Bob Banks: ONC member for five years and have owned my current classic for 10 years now. What I like most about the ONC car club is the fellowship and new friendships I have established, I enjoy being around people with the same enthusiasm I have a old school cars...I belonged to the a car club out of Ohio named "The Valve Lifters" in the 1950's and did freelance design and pinstriping. Retired army veteran !!!
